the scales were shockingly pleasing this morning-
243.2- I'm down 1.4 lbs. since last Monday.
Yay!!! Praise HIM! I'll write more later as to why
I am shocked. I just celebrated my bday a few days
early with Nay- Cheesecake Factory. But, we did
come home and walk 2.2 miles!!!!
